Accounts and Finance

Requirements :

– Educational requirements : minimum D3

– Required languages : Indonesia, English or other foreign languages are an advantange

– At least 1 years working experience in the freight forwarding industry/shipping agency is a must

– Computer literate

– Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-up

– Able to work under pressure and efficiently within time constraints

Job Decription :

Accounts Payable :

• Record all vendor invoices into system and checking supporting documents for requesting approval.

• Any payment issue need approval and submit to bank as a maker

• Record all DRY (Reimbursement) debt notes into system and check whether the rate is appropriate.

• Resolve vendor matters (If any)

• Archive all data related to AP

Accounts Receivable :

• Generating invoices to customers with completing documents (such as BL copy, E-Tax, OR, Invoice receipts,
Deposit Receipts accordance) to SOP each customer.

• Checking the forecast and credit note in the system are the same

• Records DN Commission to Principle and DN cost to cost Feeder to Principle
(Inter company Balance)

• Chase customer for payment for long outstanding

• Record all invoices that have been paid by customer on the system to ensure that the account statement and
bank statement are in accordance

• Archive documents for monthly shipments.

Settlement :

• Collect all AR and AP data to be archived into bank account statement BCA.

• Submit PTLegend accounting report to HQ

• Bank reconciliation (If required)

• Interco Balance with HQ

• Check SOA LLI vs FC (Nett off payment / Receipts)
